Hotel looks clean and has friendly reception staff.
I encountered bed bugs . It was a nightmare. After getting bitten, I asked for help but received no assistance until several hours later. The management was dismissive, causing me distress and extra costs for fumigating my belongings.

Poor service efficiency. Room is small & old. The price is not very satisfied & breakfast not included. I don't know why this hotel have an average score of more than 6. I'm disappointed when I arrived the hotel.
